The main difference between the two Titan tire chains you referenced, parts # TC2533 and # TC2327, is the amount of clearance they require in the wheel wells. Part # TC2327 is rated as a low-profile S Class chain that will be usable on more vehicles since it requires less clearance. The chain # TC2533 is not rated as S Class-compatible which means that some vehicles may not be able to use them even though they are (both) correct chains for your tire size.

The way to make sure you are using chains that are suitable is to review your Toyota Sequoia owner's manual. I checked an online edition and it indicates chains can be used on the rear tires only. Based on the information in the online manual either of the above chains can be used, but I still suggest checking your manual. To be on the safe side stick with the S Class chains # TC2327.
