Can Electric Trailer Brakes Ground Through Aluminum Trailer Frame
Question:
I have an aluminum dual axel trailer and each brake is individually grounded to the aluminum frame. Is this a suitable ground for the brakes?

Typically for aluminum frame trailers we recommend running the ground wire of each assembly all the way back to the main ground harness of the trailer up by the coupler as aluminum does not conduct electricity well and doesn't always work well for brake grounds.
