For a no-frame-drilling 5th wheel rail installation kit from Cequent for your 2013 Ford F-250 long bed I suggest the Reese kit # RP50026-58. This custom-fit kit includes no-drill brackets that use existing holes in the frame and it will install in about half the time as a universal-fit kit. The included hardware and rails bolt to these brackets to provide a mounting point for any industry-standard 5th wheel hitch. You will need to drill through the bed, of course, to install the rails but the frame brackets will require no drilling into the frame.

If you prefer an outboard mounting kit that installs on the outsides of the frame, for simpler access to mounting points, then you can instead use # RP56016-53.

For an in-bed wiring harness use part # PK11893-11932 which plugs right in at your factory 7-way.
