Roof Rack Recommendation for 2013 Nissan Altima

Will this fit okay on my 2013 Nissan Altima? If so, what are the measurements?

The Sportrack # SR1010 is a fit for your 2013 Nissan Altima but since it's a semi-custom roof rack it's not a great fit that I would recommend. Instead I would recommend the Rhino Rack part numbers # RRVA126B-2, # RRRLKVA, and # DK381 which is a custom fit rack that will fit very well.
I attached a picture that has the fit dimensions for this roof rack as well.
