Will Roof Rack Included With Used Weekender Cargo Box On 2016 Volkswagen Golf SportWagen

Hi, I am buying a preowned Thule Weekender Cargo carrier and it comes with the crossbars and attachments. I have a 2016 VW Golf Wagon with a roof rack that extends from front to back. Do you know if this will fit the roof of my car and attach to what I have or will I need to buy additional parts?

The crossbars and attachments you received for your Weekender may fit your Golf but it depends on the crossbar style and length, and whether the feet that attach to the Golf roof rails are compatible.

We offer the Thule WingBar roof rack that has 47-inch crossbars. For this roof rack you would need part # TH711200 for silver or # TH711220 for black, and part # TH710401.

The Thule roof rack we offer that has SquareBar crossbars uses 47-inch long crossbars and you would need part # TH712200, and part # TH710401.

If you received Thule crossbars and attachments you will want to make sure the roof rack you got with the carrier is the correct fit for your vehicle. If the crossbars match the length I mentioned above you may be able to order just the feet to make sure it is a good fit for you.
