Will the Prodigy RF Brake Controller Drain Tow Vehicle Battery if Left Plugged In

Does the unit on the trailer draw any current from the travel trailers battery when not in use?

The Prodigy RF brake controller # TK94FR goes to sleep after sensing no movement or braking activity on the Power Module or Hand Held Unit after about 2 hours. While in this power saving sleep mode the controller will only draw a few milliamps of power. At that rate of consumption it would take months of it just sitting to drain a vehicle battery.
