Green Light on Tekonsha Voyager Brake Controller Stays on with Curt Wiring Adapter with Test Feature

Can the integrated test lamps on the Curt 4 way flat to 7 way rv blade and4 way flat cause the green light to be on without a trailer hooked up

There is a possibility that the testing feature of the Curt Adapter # C57674 could cause a brake controller to believe a trailer is connected. This would cause the green light on the Tekonsha Voyager # 39510 to constantly be on. I talked to Tekonsha about this and they did reassure me that it won't cause any issues. Technically, more power is being drawn since the controller will send a signal to the 7-way when you apply the brakes even though there is no trailer however the draw will still only be extremely low.
