Hi Can I use a Reg. Hitch that fits in the factory holes on a short box with out the adjustable rails to pull a 5th wheel toy hauler? Thanks

To tow a fifth wheel trailer with your 2015 Ford F-250 with a short bed you'll be much better off with a sliding hitch. The Reese Slider # RP30051 you referenced will work just fine. You will also need the rail adapter # RP30156 to instal it. This hitch is rated for up to 16,000 pounds and sildes up to 10 inches.
Another slidnig hitch option confirmed to fit your F-250 is the Demco Hijacker Autoslide # DM8550024. This hitch is rated for 18,000 pounds and can travel 14 inches. The largest benefit of the Demco is that it's autosliding, so you will not have to get out of your truck to slide the hitch whenever you're making sharp turns. The hitch slides back to the turn position, and then returns to its tow position automatically.
