When purchasing a hitch mounted bike rack on a vehicle with a rear mounted spare tire you will need to know what the clearance will be between the tire and bike rack. The get this measurement you need to measure from the center of hitch pin hole on your hitch to the very outside edge of the spare. I have attached a link that explains how to find this measurement.
The Thule Hitching Post Pro # TH934XTR is a 4 bike tilting bike rack that will fit either a 1-1/4 or 2 inch receiver hitch. The Thule has a center pin to the upright bar of the bike rack measurement of 13-1/2 inches. If this distance will work for the clearance needed to clear the spare tire, the Hitching Post Pro will work with your hitch. The Thule hitching Post Pro can carry 4 bikes with a weight capacity of 35 lbs per bike.
I recommend getting the Thule Bike Adapter # TH982XT. This adapter will allow you to carry alternative frame like women or childrens bikes. Bar mounts to the seat post and at the handle bars and allows bike to sit evenly on bike rack.
I also recommend part # THSTL2, the Thule Snug Tite Hitch Lock and Anti-Rattle Device, with this bike rack. The hitch lock will provide a secure lock to prevent theft and is a anti-rattle device that will lessen the noise that is made at the hitch when using a bike rack.
If you have a clearance issue with the spare tire. Thule has the Spare Me 2 Bike Rack Spare Tire Mount # TH963PRO. This rack will mount on the spare tire and allow you to carry 2 bikes with a total weight capacity of 75 lbs.
