Availability of Non-Thermostat Controlled Oil Filter Sandwich Adapter
Question:
Can the thermostatic switch be removed from a derale oil cooler adapter? I am looking to add a bypass cooler. Is the derale a full flow device and thus wont work for my purpose?

We have non-thermostatic controller sandwich adapters for oil coolers that it sounds like would be your best option. For that you would want the part # D15735. It comes with multiple thread sizes as well to allow you to fit it to nearly all vehicles with spin on oil filters.
