Thule AeroBlade Roof Rack for a 2017 Chevy Suburban with Factory Flush Side Rails

My 2017 Chevy Suburban has side rails but there is no gap under them. Can I still install a Thule aero bar roof rack?

For the rest of the roof rack, the bars and feet, I recommend the AeroBlade Edge system # TH7604B-TH7604B.
