Solution for 2010 Ram wIntegrated Brake Controller Doesn't work w Electric Over Hydraulic Actuator

Electric over hydraulic disc brakes my brake control works good in the truck I plug the trailer into my truck everything works fine tail light start driving my brakes quit on the trailer where would I look first to find the problem I have a 2010 Dodge with factory brake control it works good on any other trailer but the fifth wheel I just bought Thanks

Not all brake controllers are designed for use with electric over hydraulic actuators. Especially Dodge integrated brake controllers. They notoriously don't like to work with an EOH actuator.

Best option is to swap to a controller that has an EOH setting like the Prodigy P2 part # 90885. You will need the part # 3021-P for an install harness. I attached a help article that covers how to swap out the integrated controller on your truck as well.
