Yes, the Rhino-Rack # RR26XR is designed to fit a 2016 Ford Edge that does not have factory rails installed. The Rhino-Rack system flush mount design attaches to the inside of the door frames of your Edge. This allows for no over hang and improves the aerodynamics of the the bars. The sturdy aluminum construction of the bars allows for a maximum weight capacity 165lbs for the roof rack.

Yakima has the JetStream Cross Bar System # Y00426, # Y28TR, # Y06102, and # Y06139 that will fit your Ford Edge also. The Yakima bars are of the aero bar design and constructed of strong aluminum for a weight capacity of 165 lbs. However, the Yakima bars extend over the feet that mount to the roof making the JetStream bars not as sleek of a design as the Rhino-Rack Vortex. Also, the Yakima bars are economically priced higher.
