Can Trailer Battery be Charged by 12 Volt Accessory Circuit of 7-Way
Question:
Im building a trailer. I have added a 12v winch. From what ive found is that I cannot power straight from tow vehicle, so im installing battery on trailer, if tow vehicle is prewired with 7 way, is this correct that all I need to do is run a wire from battery to aux wire on trailer side, this will maintain charge?

You are correct a wire ran from the 12 volt accessory circuit of you 7-way to the positive post of the battery will keep a maintenance charge on it. This will keep the battery topped off but would not bring a totally dead battery back to life.
You would want to use 10 gauge wire like part # 10-1-1 for this.
