We offer replacement driver- and follow-leg kits for many brands of 5th wheel landing gear. The linked page will display all landing gear replacement parts including these two specific items as well as many others.
As an example, for the popular Stromberg Carlson LG-1 (or LG-183708) landing gear we have lead/driver leg # LG-179013 and follow leg # LG-179014. You should be able to find some branding information on your current jacks to help narrow down the compatible parts. Just click on the brand on the linked page to see suitable parts.
