The linked installation video for Draw-Tite Hitch # 76034 shows the process for repositioning the exhaust starting at the 3:20 mark. Essentially you will simply remove the bolted-on OEM exhaust hangers and move the rubber isolators from these to the small brackets on the hitch. Those brackets provide the new exhaust mounting point. There's not a lot to it. No drilling is required to install the hitch.
If you also need a 4-pole wiring harness you can use T-One Harness # 118540 from Tekonsha.
For a handy ball mount kit with two hitch balls and 2 ball mounts you can use kit # 989900.
