Where to Find Circuit for Attaching to Red Wire of Brake Controller

I have an 03 8600 international with air brakes and I cant find a good source for the red wire to connect to

Sounds like you are looking for a wire to connect the red wire of an electric brake controller to on your 2003 International 8600. This circuit can be sometimes difficult to find but most commonly it is found at the brake pedal switch. Use a circuit tester like part # PTW2993 to test all of the wires going into the switch and use the one that only has voltage when the brakes are applied.
Another place is to find it is to use a third brake light circuit.
