The Curt Class V 2 Inch Hitch # C15445 is listed to fit a 2011 Ford F-450 Cab and Chassis with 34 inch wide frame.
I am sending a link to the installation instructions of the Curt hitch.
If you will be needing a pintle hook mount with a long shank I would recommend the Tow Ready Pintle Hook Mount # 63059. This mount will have a shank length of 11-3/8 inches from the center of the hitch pin hole to the end of the shank.
You will also need the pintle hook and ball combo that will bolt to the mount. If you need it with the 2 inch ball you will use the Tow Ready Pintle Hook Combo With 2 Inch Ball # TR63011. If you need the 2-5/16 inch ball you will use the Curt Pintle Hook Combo With 2-5/16 Inch Ball # C48200.
