Is There Difference Between Hidden Hitch and Draw Tite Hitch for 2014 Nissan Rogue

What is the difference between the Draw-Tite 75902 hitch and the Hidden Hitch HH87663 as the specifications are exactly the same ?

The Draw Tite hitch # 75902 and the Hidden Hitch part # HH87663 are exactly the same hitch. They are both made by the same company who bought out both brands years back. Hidden Hitch is actually discontinued though and Draw Tite will be the only option.
