Does Trailer/RV Roof Opening have to be Exactly 14-1/4 Inches Square to Install a Vent Assembly
Question:
Does the opening have to be precisely 14 1/4 by 14 1/4 or can it be a bit smaller like 14 by 14? I am taking out the old AC from my pop-up and the hole is 14 x 14. I would prefer not to cut the hole bigger since I do not have the right tools for that job.

The rough opening size to install vent assembly # CAM40480 is 14-1/4 inches square but that doesn't mean it has to be exactly that. If your opening is 14 inches square it would be a tight fit but you may not need any specialty tools to open up the hole more. If might just require a little bit of filing. I also recommend installation kit # CAM25013 to install the vent.
