Installing Replacement Fulton Marine Jack
Question:
My trailer jack fell off my trailer onto the highway. I bought this same one FXP15W and it needed the nut and special washer part #FO933325SOO I ordered it today from E Trailer. How can I insure that this jack doesnt fall off? Loctite on threads? There is a bolt already on the welded on plate attached to trailer. Just need to use the washer and nut. Thanks for your help.

Expert Reply:
Using Loctite # LT37420 on the bolt from hardware kit # F0933325S00 to install your new Fulton Bolt-Thru Swivel Marine Jack # FXP15W isn't usually necessary but it's not going to hurt anything.
If you feel it's necessary you can use the new bolt and re-weld or replace the mounting bracket # P9012-00.
