The closest match for your 2008 Chrysler 300 that we have is the Draw-Tite Hitch Cargo Carrier, item # 6502.
This carrier has a 20 inch by 48 inch deck and will handle up to 500 pounds. You will need to check the tongue weight capacity of your vehicle and hitch to be sure it will be able to carry the weight of your scooter and the weight of the cargo carrier at the rear of your car.
You will also need to measure the distance from the center of your hitch pin hole out to the farthest part of the bumper. If this measurement is less than 7-1/2 inches you will be able to carry the, # 6502, carrier when folded. This is the carrier with the longest hitch pin hole to folded carrier dimension that we carry. From the information I have, this carrier may not work on your vehicle. The measurement we took on a 2007 Chrysler 300 was 8 inches from the center of the pin hole on the Curt Class III Trailer Hitch, item # 13465, to the farthest out part of the bumper.
