The Trailer Idler Hub Assembly, # AKIHUB-655-35-K, with a 6 lug on 5-1/2 inch wheel bolt pattern will fit the TruRyde Spindle # TRU64FR. These parts are compatible for use on a 3500 lb round trailer axle.
When installing these parts, I recommend the LubiMatic Deluxe Bearing Packer, # L70025, along with LubriMatic LMX "Red" Industrial Strength Grease, # L11390. For a grease gun, I'd suggest # L30200.
