Yes, you absolutely can put a 5th wheel hitch on a 2015 Ram 3500 with air suspension. I recommend a custom install kit like B&W Companion Hitch with Custom Underbed Installation Kit, # BWRVK3500-5W and # BWGNRK1314-5W. This system with the underbed rails gives you the most use of your truck when not hauling your 5th Wheel and seamlessly integrates when you do. Although the underbed mount is ideal, some prefer the above the bed rails which will allow more hitch options. I've attached a link to our fit guide to ensure the right hitch for your Ram 3500.
