First Forest River is not out of business. If you were to Google search Forest River shockwave 28 flspl the first link is to Forest River. You can poke around there and/or call them for owner's manual information since the trailer is not all that old.
Trailer wheels in size 15x6 can take either ST205/75-15 or ST225/75-15 tires. The different sizes have different measurements and capacities. If you are not sure what size is required you can check the sidewall of one of the tires on the trailer now.
For an ST205/75-15 I recommend Provider tire # TR20515D. It is rated for 2,150 pounds at 65 psi. For an ST225/75-15 I recommend Provider tire # TR225LRE. It is rated for 2,830 pounds at 80 psi.
Vehicle tire shops probably will not stock trailer tires and you cannot use vehicle tires on a trailer. You need tires that have ST in front of the size. It stands for special trailer. Trailer tires are built with a thicker sidewall than passenger vehicle tires which is why you can't use vehicle tires on a trailer; they aren't built for it. You can just buy the tires from us and we can ship them right to your door!
I have included links to videos on both tires for you and a link to our help article on trailer tires.
