Question:
14 RAM 3500 4 star horse trailer interior lights quit working which should be center post on plug. Right? Should be constant power and I got nothing. If there a fuse for that?

There is a fuse that runs the trailer connection on your 2014 Ram 3500. I looked at an online owner's manual for your vehicle to determine fuse locations and functions and I would check the fuse located at F30 first. If this fuse isn't blown, try F87. If both are fine, the problem is likely not a fuse.
It's possible that the 12V auxiliary power is on the center pole, although depending on your connector that's not always the case. So, when testing you'll want to check the other blades as well. It's more likely the 12V will be at the 1 O'clock position on the vehicle side 7-way.
The first step is going to be determining if the issue is on the trailer or on your Ram. The best way to do this is to test the connector on the truck with a circuit tester like # PTW2993. While doing this you want to make sure the entire connector is clean of debris and corrosion. If necessary, clean the connector and retest. If everything checks out on the truck, then you know the problem lies with the trailer's wiring.
If the problem is within the truck, then you'll need to check the wire that has the problem for a good connection at the 7-way and doesn't have any kinks or damage along it. Also, make sure the ground is connected to a smooth clean surface
If the problem is on the trailer, check the trailer side connector for debris or corrosion just as you did the truck's. Also, check the ground on the trailer. If everything still checks out, then you'll need to follow the 12-volt wire and inspect it. It likely has a short or has been damaged.
Does the trailer light operate on a switch? If so, the issue could be with the switch itself and you'll want to make sure it isn't the problem.
If after you've gone through all this testing, and still cannot find the issue, let me know and we can do some more troubleshooting.
