Drop Shank Recommendation for Reese Weight Distribution System
Question:
Hi, I have a 2008 Toyota Tundra I pull a horse trailer with. I currently have this hitch on it but it does not go low enough for my trailer. I would like to have the trailer sit more level. Is there a different shank I could buy to use with the head I currently have? Thanks for your help!

Yes we have drop shanks that will fit your Reese weight distribution system and allow your setup more drop to tow your trailer level.
The Curt Shank part # C17123 can do quite a bit more drop and will fit your Reese head. From the top of the shank down to the bottom of the shank measures 13-1/4 inches.
