Recommended Suspension Enhancement System For 2003 GMC Sierra 4X4 With Quadrasteer

Im looking to add airbags to the rear axel of my 2003 GMC Sierra 1500hd 4x4 with quadrasreer. Would any of the airbags you sell work?

For a suspension enhancement system that will not interfere with the ride of your 2003 Sierra when empty I recommend the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System, part # TGMRCK25S.

This replaces the axle bump stops on your truck, and per my contact at Timbren does not interfere with the Quadrasteer system. These springs require no maintenance and act independently for off-center loads in the rear of your truck. The become more rigid when additional weight is added to the truck.

I have attached a link to an installation video for this system you can check out. The truck may be a different model but the installation will be very similar.

Installing a suspension enhancement system will not increase the weigh-carrying capacity of your truck and should be used on a vehicle with a suspension that is in good working condition.
