7-Way Trailer Wiring Recommendation for a 2012 Nissan Pathfinder with 4-Way

Why cant I change the factory flat 4 way with one of your 7 way wiring harnesses on a 2012 Nissan Pathfinder?

If you wanted to install a 7-way on your 2012 Nissan Pathfinder you would want the Tekonsha 7-Way Kit part # 118266. Some of the components of the kit wouldn't be needed since you already have the 4-way but this will come with everything needed to complete the install.
