Fifth Wheel Rail Kit Recommendation for a 2003 Ford F-250 for Demco Hitch

I have the Ultra 16 Hijacker hitch with 43inch bed rails. What would be the Most reasonable out side frame bracket and hardware for my truck? Thanks

For a set of fifth wheel rails for your 2003 Ford F-250 long bed I would recommend a custom install kit like the part # RP50082-58 as it will reduce install time and minimize drilling. I attached an install video for this rail kit for you to check out as well.

This rail kit is compatible with the Demco Ultra Hijacker part # DM6076P-UL-16K that you mentioned as well.
