Do you know what brand rails you have? We can't recommend mixing rail and bracket manufacturers but if you have the very popular brand Reese then the hardware kit you would need is the part # RP50084. If you can't find the brand the safest recommendation I could make then would be the part # RP50084-58 which includes new rails as well.
If you do go with just the bracket kit you will also need the hardware kit part # 58164 to attach the rails to the brackets.
