Recommended Suspension Enhancement for 2016 Ford F-150 that's Rocking/Swaying when Driven Unloaded
Question:
I recently bought a new F150. It rocks/sways side to side empty. My Ram did not do that. When it rocks or sways, it moves around in the lane and quite often moves me over the lines in my lane. It doesnt seem natural like it doesnt follow the road like previous vehicles? Im wondering if I need to improve the suspension in some way?

I have a solution for you but most of the suspension enhancement systems, like Timbrens, are designed to help when carrying a heavy load and are not as effective when the truck is unloaded.
The RAS Suspension Kit # RAS3611-B upgrades your vehicle's factory suspension for improved stability, handling, and control. The mechanically active system eliminates axle wrap and wheel hop. This comes fully assembled and is easy to install.
Another option that is the SuperSprings # SSA28. This additional helper leaf spring will reduce sway. They work like sway bars to stabilize your OEM springs and keep them from twisting and compensate for windy conditions, wind turbulence from big rigs, and weight shifts from cornering.
Both these solutions would be a good choice for your truck because they stay constantly engaged with the vehicles suspension.
I have linked the above mentioned product to this page for your convenience.
