Fit of Fan-Tastic Vent Ultra Breeze Trailer Roof Vent Cover DMC38FR on Tear Drop Trailer

Question:

I have a 2015 Little Guy Tag Tear trailer with only one fantastic fan installed. I am hoping I purchased the right vent for my Tear Drop. It has the standard Fan Tastic Fan installed. I am also concerned about the longer screws that were provided for the installation. It has been too hot to install the vent and I am waiting for some cooler weather. The vent looks to large for my unit but I will know more when I can start the installation. Since I have a Fan Tastic fan installed I assumed it would fit as per your instructions. Will know more later. Regards.

The item you purchased, Fan-Tastic Vent Ultra Breeze Trailer Roof Vent Cover # DMC38FR, is a cover that will work for all Fan-Tastic Vent trailer roof vents as well as for some offered by other brands. This external cover encloses your RV roof vent so that you can safely open the vent at any time, even while driving.

If your existing vent is screwed onto your roof, you will not need to drill holes to install this cover. Simply use the existing screws on each side of your vent and some caulk to attach the 4 mounting brackets included with the Ultra Breeze. Then secure the cover to the brackets with the included hardware.

This cover is intended for trailers with a flat roof mounting surface.
