Can Vent Lid of Fan-Tastic Vent Roof Vent # FV801208 be Opened While Traveling Down Highway
Question:
Can the vent be partially opened? Id like to be able to have the vent open while towing the trailer at highway speeds. Can you only open it an inch or tw0, and trust that the lid will stay on securely at speed? Thanks.

If you wanted to crack the lid of the Fan-Tastic Vent Roof Vent # FV801208 while you are travelling you certainly could as long as the lid was facing the rear of the trailer.
Your best option would be to also install the Fan-Tastic Vent Ultra Breeze Trailer Roof Vent Cover # DMC38FR. This installs on top of the Fan-Tastic vent to allow the lid to open much more while travelling.
