Are both of these items 9653P and 18044 one piece or two separate pieces of wire?

The Car and Trailer End Loop, # 9653P, is one l2 inch long piece, just as it appears in the picture. The Car and Trailer End Loop 4-Pole, # 18044, is also one 48 inch long piece. It comes with quick splices in case one of the 4-Way connectors needs to be clipped off to splice bare wires. You can see this harness in use at about the 2 minute, 58 second mark of the video linked below.
