How To Connect 4-Flat Vehicle Connector On 2011 Kia Sorrento To 5-Flat Boat Trailer Connector

I have a 4 flat connector out of my 2011 Kia Sorento ES my boat trailer has a 5 flat connector.What can I purchase to resolve this?

I would recommend the Tow Ready Adapter 4 Pole to 5 Pole Trailer Wiring # 20036 for your 2011 Kia Sorento ES. This adapter will have a 5-flat connector on one end and the other end will have a 4-flat and a extra plug. The 5-flat will plug into your boat trailer conector and the 4-flat on the other end will plug into your vehicles 4-flat connector with the extra plug being plugged into the extra piece of blue wire included in the kit. The blue wire will then be spliced into your reverse light wire circuit on your vehicle with the included quick splice.

If you need a mounting bracket for the 5-flat trailer connector on your vehicle you will use the Tow Ready Mounting Bracket # TR20046.

I am sending a video link of this # 20036 adapter being installed on a 2006 Kia Sedona. The vehicle is different but the installation is the same.
