Recommended Sliding Fifth Wheel Hitch For 2016 Ford F-350 With Factory Rail Kit
Question:
Looking at 5th wheel hitches, have a 33 ft 5th wheel.empty wt.13k? What size hitch recommend for this weight trailer. May be trading for larger trailer at some point. Have a 2016 F350 6 3/4 bed.Need a slider, auto or manual? Curt or Demco? Thanks

The Demso Hijacker Autoslide, part # DM8550024 is the way to go with your 2016 F-350 with the 6-3/4 bed. This system has an 18,000-lb weight capacity and with the Autoslide feature means no more getting out of the truck to operate a manual slider.
This system has 14-inches of travel front to back. With the 18K capacity, you will have the capacity for a bigger fifth wheel when you need. If you are considering a much larger trailer you may want to check out part # DM8550038 which is the Autoslide with a 21,000-lb capacity.
