We do perform installations here in Wentzville, Missouri. If you are nearby you can give us a call to set up an appointment. Otherwise a trusted mechanic can perform the installation if you do not want to tackle the project yourself.
For your 2015 Ford Mustang Convertible you can use Draw-Tite trailer hitch # 24928. I have included a link to a video showing an example installation for you.
Since you will be using the hitch for a bike rack you have to make sure that it is rated for use with a Class I hitch. Also, Class I trailer hitches are rated for 2 bikes maximum. For a compatible bike rack I recommend the Swagman XC, # S64650, because it is Class I compatible, fits most bike styles, and is lightweight. I have linked a video as well.
