Great news. We have some really great Help Articles on what all is needed to do this for your 2013 Lifestyle. Titan is a really great brand that we highly recommend, but to determine which will fit your Lifestyle I will need to know some more information about it.
There are a couple things you will need to know when installing a disc brake kit like Titan # T4843300, which is designed for 3,500 lb axles. We need to determine what spindles you have on your trailer so we can select the right hub rotors. To do that you will need to remove the hubs and get the bearings numbers off the bearings. Check out the attached drawing that shows where the numbers can typically be found. If you cannot see the numbers on the bearings another way to go is to measure the surface of the spindle where the bearings and seal ride, as the drawing shows.
The products needed to outfit your trailer with this are a brake mounting flange based on axle diameter and capacity, the spindle dimensions to find the right disc brake assembly, your wheel bolt pattern, the type of axle and number of axles for the brake line kit, and the proper actuator. If you are planning on doing an electric over hydraulic setup you will also need a breakaway kit and brake controller.
If you can get back to me on all this I would be more than happy to help you select out the right kit for your trailer's needs.
