Will Ultra Fab Skid Wheels Fit Forest River Class C Sunseeker and Help Prevent Dragging

Question:

I have Forest River class C, Sunseeker 3010DS - 32ft My tow bar has skid angle brackets that are draging. On a incline driveway. Currently I have wood that is lifts the whole RV 4 inches and It rides on the wood for about 11 feet. Using the 48-979012 and ride them on the concrete instead using the wood would all that pressure on the tow bar for 11feet would it damage the frame or the tow bar?

The skid wheel setup part # UF48-979012 that you referenced would work well for you to help prevent the dragging but it actually installs to the frame of the trailer and not the hitch or tow bar. Because that is a much stronger application area than a hitch you wouldn't have to worry about anything bending or breaking.

For larger wheels that can attach to the hitch tube we have the part # UF48-979013 which are designed for larger motorhomes over 34 feet. These will extend down 7-5/8 inches and have 6 inch wheels. This would not be your ideal solution. The frame mounted wheels you referenced would be better.
