It is possible to install both a gooseneck hitch and 5th wheel hitch on your 2016 Ford F-450 but the hitches will not be cushioned. On regular pickup models of the F-450 you can use B&W gooseneck hitch # BWGNRK1111 and then add Companion 5th wheel hitch # BWRVK3500. With this set up the center of the gooseneck ball hole will be 46-1/8 inches forward of the rear edge of the truck bed.

If your truck is a cab and chassis model with a flat bed you would need to use hitch # BWGNRK1500 for the gooseneck hitch. With this set up you could place the gooseneck so that it is centered over the rear axle. You never want it to be behind the rear axle because the capacity is lower and it can cause steering and braking problems.

There are cushioned 5th wheel pin boxes that can be installed on the trailer. To see if there are any that fit the trailer I would need to know the manufacturer and model of the pin box. This information is usually found on a sticker or plate on the pin box itself.
