An M12 bolt which is what is being removed from the 2016 Chrysler Town and Country's frame for installation of the # 75579 Draw-Tite trailer hitch at the 2:42 time of the video, this bolt will use an 18mm socket.

In the instructions, which I have linked to this page for you to check out, it states that you will need the following wrenches/sockets for installation: 13mm, 15mm, 18mm.

You will want to tighten all M10 CL10.9 fasteners with torque wrench to 53 Lb.-Ft. (72 N*M) and tighten all M12 CL10.9 fasteners with torque wrench to 92 Lb.-Ft. (125 N*M).
