To convert your 14 inch rims to 15 inch the Dexstar Vintage Steel Wheel # AM20395 is a 4 on 9.44 with an offset of +1/2 inch.
Tires to fit the wheel will be the Taskmaster Provider # TR20515D. These are ST205/75R15 sized radial tires with a D load range. They're going to have a section width of nearly 8 inches and an outer diameter just over 27 inches which is up to an inch larger on both measurements from what you currently have.
You're going to want to make sure you have the clearance before you increase the wheel size. You'll want at least 4-1/2 inches between the tire and the underside of the fender on your trailer and at least 2 inches between the side wall of the tire and inside the wheel well.
