Parts Needed to Install a B and W Companion Hitch in a 1997 Chevy 3500 Truck
Question:
I have a 1997 chevy cheyenne 3500 Turbo dually. The bed is long. I will be purchasing a 53 foot wedge 3 car hauler. The aluminum trailer will be GVWR at 5300lbs. Im trying to locate the truck GVWR, which I think is 8600lbs. I would like to fit the truck with a BandW companion fifth wheel hitch. Do you think this is a good choice? Will this model work with truck and trailer?

To install a B and W Companion Hitch part # BWRVK3500-5W in the bed of your 1997 Chevy 3500 truck would only require the correct rail kit, part # BWGNRK1400 which is a confirmed fit for your truck.
