Can I Use the B&W Companion Hitch From My 1999 Ford F-350 in My 2016 Chevrolet Silverado 2500

Can I use my Companion hitch off my 1999 F-350 on my new 2016 Chevy 2500HD? I know I need new a BWGNRK1016 Gooseneck for the Chevy.

You can use your existing B&W Companion Fifth Wheel Hitch # BWRVK3500 out of your 1999 Ford F-350 on your 2016 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 if you install the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # BWGNRK1016 .
However, if you have the factory rail kit in your 2016 Chevy you will not be able to install the gooseneck hitch. If that's the case, you can use the Replacement Base for the B&W Companion # BWRVB3700 and use the head from the fifth wheel hitch you have with your factory rails.
