What Type of Fifth Wheel Hitch Provides Additional Clearance between Cab of Truck Around Corners

I need a longer hitch so I can turn a 90 degree turn with out the front of the RV hitting the cab of my pickup

Sounds like you are looking for a slider hitch so that you can have better turning clearance. You didn't give me too many details about your setup but the slider hitch part # RP30051 is a super popular 16k hitch with a square tube slider.
Or for a hitch that automatically slides around corners we have the Demco Hijacker part # DM8550034 which has an 18k capacity. I attached a review video for more info for you to check out as well.
