Good news, I can help!
Since your 2015 Newmar Bay Star 3124 is built on a Ford F-53 motorhome chassis the adapter needed is # 3035-P, which will work for either Tekonsha brake controller mentioned above. The connector is located on the left hand side of the steering column support.
The Tekonsha IQ # TK90160 is a popular proportional brake controller for trailers with 1 to 3 axles (2-6 brakes). This brake controller automatically levels when mounted within a 90-degree vertical range. It includes a digital display, 3 boost levels, battery protection, and continuous diagnostics.
If you need something for 4 axles(2-8 brakes), that doesn't cost much more, I highly recommend the P2 # 90885. This is our number one selling proportional brake controller because of how easy it is to setup and use. This proportional brake controller automatically levels when mounted within a 360-degree vertical range. It includes a digital display, 3 boost levels, battery protection and continuous diagnostics.
I have linked all of the above mentioned products to this page for your viewing and purchasing convenience.
