The length Thule roof rack crossbars needed to use the Hullavator # TH898 on your 2016 Honda CR-V depends on the type of roof the vehicle has. If your CR-V has the flush side rails that run front to back on the roof then you will need the 47 inch bars # TH712200 as well as foot pack # TH460R, and fit kit # THKIT3118.

If your CR-V has a naked roof with no side rails or crossbars you would need the 53 inch bars # TH712400 along with Evo clamp feet # TH710501, and fit kit # TH145108.

You technically could use the 53 inch bars for either roof style.

Hello, I bought a Thule Hullavator Pro for my Subaru Forester 2018 along with some 60" aeroblade crossbars. The attachment for the aerobars do not fit on the factory installed side bars. Can you tell me how to make this system work? Thank you

Do you have JUST the bars themselves? If so, are they the AeroBlade models or the new/current WingBar crossbars? Thule somewhat recently re-designed their roof kits, so if you have the AeroBlade (which is now the older model) you'll need to try and track down a Thule Rapid Crossroad Foot Pack (part 450R), which is no longer made but you still might be able to find somewhere. If you have the current WingBar Crossbars, you can use the Foot Pack # TH710401 to mount them to the factory rails on your Forester.

Hi Chris, Yes, I have the AeroBlade 60" and the Thule Rapid Crossroad Foot Pack part 450R, but the 60" bars seem to be too long for the Foot pack to fit properly on the Subaru side bars. Are you familiar with the 60" bars not fitting ? Thanks for your response.

Are the channels on the underside of the bars not long enough to meet up with the mounting feet? This can sometimes happen with Thule bars since those channels don't run along the full length of the crossbars. Thule suggests 47" bars on your Forester so this is probably what is happening. The only solution I can offer with your existing setup is to try and find a set of shorter AeroBlade Crossbars. Unfortunately we no longer have these available.
