Since your 2015 Ford F-250 is a short bed truck you would need a slider hitch to allow your truck and trailer to have a the needed clearance to make tight turns. The slider basically moves the trailer back further in the truck bed as you make turns so that the nose of the trailer does not hit the cab of the truck.
The hitch height you will need to use will depend on what will allow the trailer to be towed level. Basically the hitch heads are height adjustable so that you can select the correct height that will allow the trailer to tow level.
The slider hitch I recommend is the Demco Hijacker part # DM8550034 which will automatically slide as you make tight turns to give you the needed clearance. Manual sliders would require you to get out and operate the slider which will get old after a while.
For a rail kit to install the hitch you would want a custom install kit as it will install in much less time and require less drilling. For that part # DM8552000-71 would be what you want.
