We have rear sway bars that are a fit for your 2017 Ford F-53 chassis but you cannot use the front bar you have on the rear. If your RV is less than 34 feet long you would want the part # RM-1139-143 or if longer than that part # 1139-144.
Typically a rear sway bar makes a larger impact in ride quality improvement than a front one does. We tend to recommend people start with a rear bar since it makes the biggest difference.
